How do I register for the winter season if I have already registered for a programme (Summer Soccer or Summer Academy)
If you have already registered for the Summer Academy or Summer Soccer you will already have a login and password for Friendly Manager. Enter these in to the login box on the top right of the front page of the Fencibles website. You will see the box on the top right of this page.
Once your profile opens click on Registrations are currently open ‘register now’ box. Then click the box/boxes of ‘Register the following people’ who are applicate. Then click on ‘2024 Season’ box with appropriate year that the individual or individuals you are registering was born.

What grade am I in?
Players are placed in grades according to their age on January 1st – e.g. if you are 9 years of age on 1st January (turning 10 sometime in 2024) you would play 10th grade. Girls can choose to play in a girls-only team if they wish, or remain in the mixed teams if they prefer.

When is the winter season?
The 2024 football season will play over term 2 and term 3 of the school calendar. Start date is on 4th May and will finish 21th September. There will be no football on King's birthday weekend and No football over the two weekends of the July school holidays (13th & 20th July).

How do I register my child?
You can register by clicking on the register word up on the top right side of this page or alternatively by clicking HERE. Registrations for the 2024 Winter Season will open in December 2023.

How do I buy the uniform?

What uniform do I need to play?
All that is required in for club uniform is a club playing shirt, navy shorts and navy socks. These can be purchased from Ultra Football. Please click HERE for more information on the uniform and Ultra Football contact details. Ultra Football is an online shop so preseason there will be multiple uniform 'try on' days so you can ensure you purchase the right sizes when you place your orders. The dates of the 'try on' days will be communicated by email, posted on Facebook and put on our website to. Boots and shinpads are the only other thing that is mandatory. What type of boots do I wear and where do I get them from?
If you are training or playing on the turf at William Green you need to wear only moulded soled (firm ground) boots. If you are playing and training only on grass then either a moulded sole (firm ground) or screw in stud (soft ground) boots can be used. These can be purchased from Rebel Sports Botany, Player Sports or other sports retailer.

What are shin pads and where do I get them from?
Shinpads are compulsory and is mandated use by NZ Football. A shin pad is a piece of equipment that is worn on the front of a players shin to protect them from injury. It slides down inside the playing sock. These can be purchased from our Uniform shop at William Green, Ultra Football Click HERE or any other sports retailer like Rebel Sport Botany or Player Sports.
