Our Vision & Mission

Our Vision

Our vision statement is a statement of the clubs overarching aspirations of what we hope to achieve or to become. It does not provide specific targets. Instead, the vision is a broad description of the value the club provides. It is a visual image of what the club is trying to produce or become.

Our Mission

Our mission statement supports our Vision Statement although more specific. It indicates where the club will compete (what industry it is in) and how it will compete (what it will do to be different from other organizations).

Our Values

Values are basic and fundamental beliefs that guide or motivate attitudes or actions. They help us to determine what is important to us. Values describe the personal qualities we choose to embody to guide our actions; the sort of person we want to be; the manner in which we treat ourselves and others, and our interaction with the world around us. They provide the general guidelines for conduct.
