Photo Information for 2025

As part of your winter season subscription you will receive a complimentary digital team photo at the end of season.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your time slot (timetable attached) and wait quietly with your team off to the side until you are called to line up - Tallest to Shortest
Parents/Caregivers if you can please keep any siblings sitting in a seat quietly off to the side and not running around the players so they are kept safe and it keeps the disruption and noise down
IT IS VITAL WE KEEP THE MAIN ROOM AS QUIET AS POSSIBLE - Coaches can you please manage your teams so the team having their photo taken can hear the photographer properly.
As soon as you photos has been taken please leave and if you need to have a team meeting if you can please do this downstairs - As you can see by the timetable we are running very tight this season so there will be a lot of teams to get through in a short space of time.
Coaches/manager informationIf a coach or team manager wishes for a change in time please reply to this email - requests will be taken from coaches/managers only.
If you are unable to make your time slot for the photo you are welcome to email a head shot (Shoulders up on a plain wall and in Fencibles Red Shirt) - All Head shots are $8.00.
This year all of the team photos will be supplied digitalt (no hard copies).
