RD Sprint Programme


The RD speed program is a comprehensive program designed to develop well-rounded athleticism with a particular emphasis on speed. In addition to speed development, our program focuses on enhancing coordination, decision-making abilities based on external factors, and rapid change of direction.

All of these skills have a direct application to both team and individual sports. By exposing athletes to a diverse range of athletic skills, we aim to significantly reduce the risk of injuries as athletes become better prepared to handle the unpredictable nature of sports.

What days are you signing up for (select from 1 day per week to 3 days)

  • Tuesday 3:40- 4:15pm 

  • Thursday 3:40- 4:15pm

  • Friday 3:40- 4:15pm
