If you are child is turn 5 - 9 years old this year, you are in a Junior grade.

All junior Saturday football will be at Meadowlands Reserve (5-9 years)

Junior Enrolment 2018 Season
We will be using the clubhub online registration system again this season.
Please complete your enrolment on line from your home or work computer.
Registrations are now closed for this season. Any registrations received after that date will be subject to places being available in suitable team.
Online registration instructions:
- For both new and returning player registrations click the "member login" on the clubhub advertising logo on our website
- Players returning and can remember their username and password from last season use it now on this screen. Check and edit your details as required, follow the on screen instructions to complete registration and payment.
- New players or if you cannot remember your login from last season click (please register me now) and follow the instructions on screen and below.
- Click (register player)
- Fill in player registration completing all fields especially the mandatory fields. Each player must have a seperate registration. (continue)
- Once all required fields are completed successfully the screen will tell you it was successful and indicate the grade of the player. (continue)
- You can now register a second player if you need to.
- Once all players are registered you must register a parent (no cost) to be linked to the player. You can register more than one parent or caregiver at this time and is useful if you have more than one email address that you would like club information sent to. (continue)
- Once all complete (continue) and (ok)
- Additional volunteer information screen will now come up. We always need helpers to Coach, Share Coach, Assistant Coach or Manage teams so please volunteer. Even if you have limited time to offer then note the details so the conveners know how you can help. (continue)
- Your outstanding fees will now be displayed and an opportunity to make an additional donation is available (donations over $5 will be deductible on your tax return) (continue)
- Confirm your registration to add your details to our database (ok)
- Make payment now using your credit card, our preferred method as it means your payment will be shown against your registration automatically. All other payment methos require additional volunteer administration involvement. Your registration is now complete.
2018 Season Uniform- All Junior Teams
This season (2018) the club requires ALL players/teams to be in the new official Fencibles/Nike Kit,this includes top, shorts and Sock.
To place your order for this season, go to https://ultrafootball.co.nz/ , click on 'Clubs', then 'Fencibles' and enter FEN16 to access the club page.
The top is the one with the red centre pannel with navy pannels down the side (picture below), the shorts and socks are the navy one.
We will also be having a uniform weekend so if you are unsure about the size, please come to thes session (dates and times will be announced shortly).
On game day the 'away team' (or team listed 2nd) will wear bibs. The 'away' team will the the team on the right side for the draw- eg Home team v Away Team.
The draw will be out a week or two before the season starts.
Season Info
The season starts April and goes through until the end of August/September.
One hour every Saturday Morning apart from the middle week of school holidays.
Subscriptions
Fencibles is a non-profit organization run by volunteers. The membership subscription fees are to cover charges imposed on us by Auckland Football and New Zealand Football, as well as the operating cost of the club. The subscription fee for junior players includes a team photo and prize giving medals. Trophies are awarded as well 5/6th and 7th grade Most Improved and Coaches award. 8th and 9th grade Most improved, Coaches award and also player of the year.
5/6th grade and 7th grade are made up of teams of a maximum of 7.
8th and 9th grade are made up of teams of a maximum of 10.
All subscription fees must be received by the 5th of March 18 to secure your position in a team.
Please pay online using your credit card. If you do not have a credit card then send a cheque payable to "Fencibles United AFC' posted to P.O.Box 51 902, Pakuranga or Deposit BNZ 02-0223-0090402-000 referencing the player name.
Refunds
Refunds attract a 25% reduction. No refund will be given after 1st July 18.
