Dear Members, Players, Families, Friends & Supporters of the club
Your newly elected Board has been busy at work, reviewing budgets, discussing the direction of the club and planning for the upcoming year.
We’d like to acknowledge and thank departing Board Members Dana Mandry, Wilson Hawes and Justin Green for their dedication to the club. Thank you also to Board Members Mel Nicol and Matt Sheehey, who remain involved with the club in other roles. THANK YOU ALL. We stand on your shoulders.
There is still much work to be done but in the spirit of keeping everyone informed the Board has prioritised focus on the following key areas:
As such, please note some of the early decisions and coming communications:
Key decisions include creating a new Project Manager role to head up a team focusing on our buildings, the AMETI project and club assets.
In addition the Director of Football will now be directly responsible for 1st team, Metro, Conference & Premier coaches (Male & Female) incl. a focus on creating a woman’s pathway at the club.
The Board is also happy to confirm that a discount for families with 2 + players in the Junior & Youth grades will apply. In addition, the fees still include a team photo and the same level/amount of awards, gifts and certificates as in 2019.
Further communications outlining the 2020 Football Program, Registrations Opening, First Team News and other Board News will follow before Christmas and early in the New Year.
Please feel free to contact us on board@fencibles.org.nz if you have any questions, comments and/or feedback.
Yours sincerely
Aaron Carson (Chairperson)
